Terms of Service

Welcome to Runwell Coaching ("Runwell", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to our coaching services, running groups, retreats, mindset content, and this website (collectively, the "Services"). By booking a session, retreat, or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Bookings, payments & confirmations

Group and retreat spots are confirmed only upon receipt of payment (or the required deposit). Prices, dates, and itineraries may change; we will notify you in writing where possible.

2. Health & physical readiness waiver

Running is a physical activity that carries inherent risks, including injury, illness, and in rare cases, serious harm. By participating in any Runwell activity, you represent that:

• You have consulted a qualified medical professional and have been cleared to participate in the activity level you have selected.
• You have disclosed any injury, condition, medication, or pregnancy that may affect your safety.
• You will listen to your body, follow coaching guidance, and stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or distress.
• You accept that Runwell coaches are not medical practitioners and their guidance does not replace medical advice.

You assume full responsibility for the risks associated with participation and release Runwell, its coaches, partners, and vendors from liability for injury or loss arising from your participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Return-to-running & injury history

If you are returning from injury or currently under treatment, you must share this with your coach before your first session. We may adjust or decline participation to keep you safe.

4. Cancellations & refunds

• Weekly group sessions: cancel up to 24 hours before for a credit toward a future session.
• Local retreats (Israel): full refund up to 30 days before; 50% refund 15–29 days before; non-refundable within 14 days.
• International retreats: deposit non-refundable; balance refundable up to 60 days before; non-refundable within 60 days.
• Medical cancellations: with a doctor's note, we will offer a credit toward a future trip valid for 18 months.

5. Travel insurance

Travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical treatment, and repatriation is mandatory for all international retreats.

6. Code of conduct

Runwell is a welcoming, non-judgmental space. Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior toward staff or fellow runners may result in removal from the Services without refund.

7. Intellectual property

Training plans, mindset guides, and other content provided by Runwell are for your personal use and may not be redistributed or resold without written permission.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date; continued use of the Services means you accept the revised Terms.
